So I learn to do some new technique by myself.
This picture.. The main technique I used is liquify.
The rest is adjusted with burn tool, dodge tool and opacity.
Huhu... I make my classmate looking awesome.

| Note- before any displacement is to be done. Desaturate the background then save the image as .psd file. Open the background image again. |

| 1. Put the flag on to the image. 2. Select the flag layer. 3. Go to filter > distort > displace... |

| 1. Adjust the displace scale 2. Choose the file that you have save the desaturated background image to .psd format. |

| 1. Duplicate the flag. 2. First flag layer, blending option put multiply 3. Copied flag layer, blending option put screen. 4. Adjust the opacity. |
